What we stand behind

Each pillar links to the detail — no theatre, just the commitments behind EloForge.

Explore by topic

Compliance

EloForge is operated by OBSIDIAN DYNAMICS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16663833). We design our privacy practices around UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Formal certifications (for example SOC 2) are not claimed here — we prefer accurate statements over badge theatre.

Data ownership

Your uploaded games (PGNs and related analysis inputs) remain yours. We process them to provide coaching — reviews, lessons, Player DNA insights, and progress. We do not sell your game database. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.

Platform status

We do not yet publish a third-party status page. If something is degraded, we will communicate via support@eloforge.io and in-product notices where practical.

Backups

Production databases are backed up on a routine schedule with recovery procedures for continuity. Backups are access-controlled and used for restoration — not as a marketing analytics lake.
